• Only items purchased from our office can be returned

• Product returns and/or refunds will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase, if shipped from our office 30 days from when shipment was delivered. Product and original box or packaging must all be returned to our office within 30 days of purchase.

• Expired products are ineligible for return/refund.

• Products that a promotional item was given are ineligible for return/refund.

• Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple return/refund requests.
